My daughter's in college in a major city far from home. It's a new environment for her and she's encountered some scary situations on and off campus. This allows us a measure of peace knowing she has a tool to protect herself.

Small and confidence-given product. I can't tell how good or bad is because I haven't used it yet (I hope I won't have to); the other night, my child said she heard noises on the balcony; I immediately picked up the stun gun. I clicked on flash light as a warning. Easier to handle than a baseball bat.:) (btw, it was the wind)
I don't like how the power buttons are placed and function. But, I guess, I should practice turning it ON and OFF. Thank you for giving me some peace and confidence. I recommend the product.

My girlfriend is afraid to carry mace or a little knife because she feels a potential attacker might see those coming and get even angrier. She likes the Immobilizer because it fits in her purse and looks totally unassuming. She would be able to catch an attacker off guard and immobilize them without any fear of being found out. She also likes the powerful LED flashlight. One minor negative, is that while the stun gun does look like a phone, it'd be nice if the front display lit up, or had some kind of digital read out. As it is, it has a cheap plastic display that, while it does look like a cell phone's display, doesn't move or light up. A minor complaint, otherwise this stun gun is perfect!

I've had this taser for about a month now and I haven't had to use it. However, I did tase myself the other day and it's powerful! I now know that when I need to use it it's going to do it's job!!
